At the Yoga Studio we teach Hatha Yoga, the low impact stretching routine. The Studio is located in League City within easy reach of Alvin, Clear Lake, Dickinson, Friendswood, Galveston, Houston, Kemah, Pearland, Seabrook & Texas City.

At the Yoga Studio you will enjoy 35 linear feet of mirrors and 1150 square feet of carpeted floor space dedicated exclusively to yoga and yoga related activities.
